President

Pamela C. Means is the President of ERISA Compliance Associates, LLC, an ERISA compliance review firm, and Means & Associates, LLC, a San Diego-based actuarial and third party administrative firm.

Pam is an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA). Pam is the 2006 Co-Chair of the ASPPA's Advanced Actuarial Conference. Pam is a frequent speaker on pension and actuarial topics and was Editor in Chief of ASPPA's technical journal.

Ms. Means has received the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY AUDITOR designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies. The Center, associated with the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Business, teaches fiduciary standards of care and investment best practices. Designees are certified to conduct investment fiduciary reviews.

Pam was a Graduate Fellow in Mathematics at the Claremont Graduate School. She holds an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
