Elinor Merl, CPC, CEBS, AIFA® Principal Elinor Merl brings to ERISA Compliance Associates, LLC (ECA) over 20 years pension administration and compliance experience. As one of the Principals at ECA, Elinor manages the professional team responsible for the delivery of ECA reviews and reports, and works with clients to establish standardized procedures reflecting ‘best practices’ to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In her prior experience, Elinor was a Principal with Towers Perrin, responsible for practice leadership in their benefits administration group.
